Rei Seto born and raised in Saga prefecture, Japan. Actually lives and works in Tokyo, Japan.

She studied photography in Paris, France, between 2000 and 2003 and she come back to japan in 2007.

Rei practice B&W and color film photography, she take landscape and portrait. Recently she begun to use her photography to create surrealistic-landscape collage art
